1. RE- 31, Rubber Bellow Seals

The RE-31 (Rubber Bellow Seals) is the mechanical seal used in a wide variety of rotating equipment. Its construction is simple, and uses the rubber bellow as the secondary seal. In order to suit variegated applications, we manufacture these seals with many face combinations.

Range of operation:

• Temperature Cryogenics to 260°C
• Pressure Vacuum to 200 psi
• Speed Up to 1500 rpm
• Size 1/2" to 4"

Main features:

• Single spring is non-clogging and self-cleaning
• Bellow and spring jointly compensates for shaft run-out
• Its simple and compact design makes it easy to handle & install
• Does not require maintenance
• Offers advantages same as that of single-coiled seals

1. RE- 41, Teflon Bellow Seal

RE-41 (Teflon Bellow Seal) is acknowledged for handling acids of all types in the most effective & safe manner. It can easily withstand the effects of corrosive fluids & offers high resistance to oxidizing & reducing agents. This seal is manufactured using chemically inert material, such as PTFE, GFT Ceramic, Hastalloy 'C, which deliver excellent performance under all conditions.

Range of operation:

• Temperature Cryogenics to 120°C
• Pressure Vacuum to 75 psi
• Speed Up to 4000 rpm
• Size 3/4" to 3"

• Hydraulically balanced & flexible bellow accommodates shaft run-out
• Compact design for easy installation & negligible maintenance
• Multi-springs with bellow ensures equal pressure over the seal face to ensure perfect sealing
